The management program discusses federal and state statutory provisions prohibiting sexual harassment in the work place with which the employer is required to comply, including, but not limited to, the Connecticut discriminatory employment practices statute (section 46a-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes), California Assembly Bill 1825, and "Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. section 2000e). The course is two hours long and complies with all Connecticut General Statutes, the California Assembly Bill 1825, and "Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, related to sexual harassment supervisor training law requirements. To comply with California AB 1825, and or subdivision (8) of subsection (a) of section 46a-60 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Webinar uses actual case law in the examples presented and focuses on subtle issues such as comments of a sexual nature, personal space, email jokes etc. This provides employees with real life illustrations of how sexual harassment can disrupt the workplace, cause employee conflicts and create liability for an organization whether the employee believes it to be offensive or not.

The SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS course is taught in a live chat and teleconference format allowing participants to ask the Trainer questions at any time while viewing the presentation via the internet. Participants sign in at a specifically scheduled time and date and interact with the Trainer and other participants much like in an onsite classroom. The course is fun and interactive and designed to promote learning and keep participants interested while informing them of their personal and professional responsibilities, and potential liability for workplace misconduct. The course includes actual examples of harassing behavior, utilizes audio aids accompanying a narrated presentation to assist in retention of the materials, and incorporates reading materials on the particular topics covered that can easily be downloaded for later review. Additionally, participants are required to complete quizzes covering the materials studied before moving on to the next section of the program to ensure the program is interactive and meets the requirements of the aforementioned laws. Some of the topics covered in the SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS include:
